Phonak Lumity Audéo Lumity L70

What a great little hearing aid this one is.  It is the middle of the top tier of the latest Phonak technology and a great alternative to the slightly more expensive L90.  As one of Phonak’s advanced hearing aids it features a wide range of extensive functionality.

Due to its RIC (receiver in canal) design, you can expect exceptional sound quality.  Enabling a much easier listening experience and far greater speech recognition in noisy environments. StereoZoom 2.0 and SpeechSensor are the two latest features to be added to the list of existing benefits of ActiveVent and RogerDirectTM Technology.  All of which sound a bit ‘technical jargon’!  The short and comprehensible version is that these wonderful hearing aids from Phonak, although the second tier of the Lumity family offering will still massively transform your life for the better.  Helping you understand speech, listen to music, and hear the television without driving people mad!

The reduction in listening effort and therefor the reduction in cognitive function required to thrive in many environments will give you a massive energy boost.  The Phonak Audeo Lumity L70s also features real sound, health functionalities and WindBlock.  Meaning that if you do manage to find the energy and inclination to go for a walk you be able to track your steps and heart rate and the sounds along the way will sound incredible.  Not least birds singing.  One of my favourite sounds and one of the things I always rate any hearing aids I review on!

Mostly these fantastic hearing aids will intuitively change to the best setting for you at any time, whichever listening environment you find yourself in.  However, if you feel you’d like to alter it slightly then, as with the L90, the Phonak Audeo Lumity L70 is fully programmable by touch, app or voice controls.
